About
A personal exploration of Luxembourg's electronic network coverage data — mobile (2G, 4G, 5G) and fixed broadband (VHCN, DOCSIS, Fibre). Built as a data exploration exercise using publicly available government datasets.

Technical notes
- Mobile coverage is measured per grid cell (approx. 100m×100m) with maximum theoretical speed per operator
- Broadband percentages represent household coverage within each commune
- VHCN = Very High Capacity Network (≥100 Mbps download)
- Grid cell IDs reference the ILR coverage grid — geographic coordinates not included in public dataset
